The Issue

EmergeOrtho has a lease expiring in Spring of 2019 in Smithfield, an established and successful market. Their current location is too small and doesn't have adequate parking.

The Solution

Davis Moore partnered with EmergeOrtho to find a site in a desirable location in Smithfield that had good visibility. Directly across from Smithfield-Selma High, the site has a high traffic count and offers easy patient access. Their new site will be 15,000 SF of orthopedic clinic space and physical therapy and will have a mobile MRI pad.

The Benefit

Davis Moore's development services gave EmergeOrtho a pain free process to get an attractive facility they need in order to continue growing and increase their visibility and presence in the Smithfield market. The new facility is planned to open in Spring of 2019.
